You can customize your help desk and take out certain user sections. The way to do this is to disable the sub-navigation buttons. You have full control over the navigation button by going to the following section in your administrative area:

From this link you can link your users to your comprehensive knowledgebase.

From this section you can link your users to a series of interactive questions and answers.
Support Ticket
From this section you can link your users to an area where they can submit a new support ticket.
Login
From this area you can link registered users to a page where they can login and manage their support tickets and profile.
