You can customize your help desk and take out certain user sections. The way to do this is to disable the sub-navigation buttons. You have full control over the navigation button by going to the following section in your administrative area:

If you are looking to just incorporate the live chat icons into your existing website then you should go to the following area in your administrative area:

Page	Description
Home Page (Recommended link to send users)	This section has links to all sections in your support system. You can also totally customize this page from the admin pages.
Knowledgebase	From this link you can link your users to your comprehensive knowledgebase.
Troubleshooter	From this section you can link your users to a series of interactive questions and answers.
Support Ticket	From this section you can link your users to an area where they can submit a new support ticket.
Login	From this area you can link registered users to a page where they can login and manage their support tickets and profile.
