Q: I am getting an error that says I am over my employee limit and it wont let me export or process data. How do I fix this?

| | | 1. | Go to the [Set ups] button, click on company and dbl click the employee limit code in the upper right hand corner. |

| | | This will show you how many employee licenses you have. Click [ok] twice.

| | | 2. | Click on the [Employee] tab at the top of the page. Look at the bottom of the page to see how many employees you |

| | | If it says 142 and the employee limit code was set for 140 you will have to uncheck the active box on the right side for two employees.

| | | 3. | If you are still over the limit and need to track all employees call your support representative for a new code. |
