Automation is the key.
With a Data:Maxx™ solution you can virtually automate your entire data collection process. Data:Maxx™ interfaces with most popular accounting packages, payroll, equipment, job cost, as well as spreadsheet systems. Coupled with one of our many collection methods, information on time, equipment, small tools, quantities placed, and materials can be collected and then imported directly into your accounting program, virtually eliminating the need for manual data entry, and making your business information more precise.
Two-way Data Integration.
Data:Maxx performs two-way integration, which means that you can send data collected to your accounting package, as well as bring in the latest employees, equipment, material items, jobs and cost codes from your accounting package to our software, and in many cases, to the device itself.
Benefits and features of our software include:
- Tracking and reporting by date, employee, job, and task
- Equipment usage and maintenance tracking by job, task and employee

Convenience and Flexibility.
Data:Maxx™ can be used to track data one of three ways:
1. Real time
Data is collected as it happens. As resources (employees and equipment) arrive and leave the job, as they switch from job to job or task to task, the device is used to record the data.
2. After the fact
Data is collected at the end of the day. Information for employees, jobs, cost codes, equipment used, production units placed, as well as other important information about the job is recorded for transmission.
3. Allocation
The best of both worlds. A real time in and out is recorded for the resource, and the supervisor is able to allocate the jobs and cost codes worked on at the end of the day. Either the device or a PC can be used to perform this allocation.
Once collected, the data is transmitted to the office. The way this transmission takes place is dependent on the device. Some devices transmit via modem, some devices transmit wirelessly, some ethernet. We will evaluate your particular needs and recommend a device that will work best for your situation. You can also use your PC or laptop to collect the information as well. Our system has user friendly entry methods that make reporting information easy. |
